行业电能质量解决方案

1、商业地产行业

  (1)商业地产配电系统谐波特点

  随着现代化都市的发展,大规模综合性商业广场成为城市发展的方向,涵盖了购物、电影、餐饮、KTV等,其用电设备数量庞大。其中以照明设备产生的3n次谐波影响较大,其在中性线上产生线性叠加,导致中性线过流,严重时导致温度增加引发火灾。之前一般采用固定电容补偿,但是在谐波环境下,这类补偿装置难以适应补偿的要求,而且传统的电容补偿装置会放大谐波,补偿装置自身的安全运行受到影响。

  (2)您可能遇到的问题

  1、单相负载多,引起零序谐波,并能造成三相不平衡问题,严重时由于中性线电流过大引发火灾;

  2、非线性负载比例高,谐波畸变率大,造成变压器产生铜损铁损,增加变压器的机械振动和温升,导致变压器老化加速,使用寿命缩短;

  3、商业广场中的智能化设备对供电电能质量要求高,对谐波较为敏感,谐波电流中产生额外的过零点,导致敏感开关器件误跳闸;

  (3)我们的解决方案

  1、采用我司有源电力滤波器,能够解决商业地产配电系统的谐波影响,降低系统损耗,减小中线电流,使配电系统安全高效运行;

  2、采用我司静止无功发生器、动态混合补偿系统,补偿配电系统无功功率,无谐波放大的风险;同时能够解决三相不平衡的问题,使得供电系统高效稳定运行。

  (4)经典案例

  某商业广场2#变压器存在发热严重问题,且中性线电流过大。后我公司为其详细测试,并选用有源电力滤波器进行就地补偿的方式进行谐波综合治理。治理后其电流波形畸变得到矫正,中性线电流显著降低。



2、移动通信行业

  (1)移动通信行业配电系统谐波特点

  现代通信对供电的可靠性有着较高的要求,无论是基站、IDC机房、枢纽站,或是金融等行业的电子信息机房,都要求持续而不间断的供电。此类场合的主要负载为UPS、通信设备、变频空调等,其中大功率UPS的可控硅整流电路、通信设备的开关电源以及空调的变频器等,均会导致输入电流的严重畸变。这些非线性负载会产生的5、7、11、13等次谐波,会对通信系统造成干扰,降低通信质量、影响设备寿命,并对其配电系统带来其他隐患。

  (2)您可能遇到的问题

  1、现有的无功补偿设备不能正常的工作或者经常烧毁;

  2、谐波对邻近的通信系统产生干扰,导致计算机无法正常工作,数据丢失;

  3、导致继电保护装置误动作,电气测量仪表计量不准确。

  (4)经典案例

  联通某机房楼因大量UPS等设备的应用,导致谐波污染严重,进而电容补偿柜寿命降低,发生过电容鼓胀漏油等现象。为解决现场遇到的电能质量问题,安装了我司有源电力滤波器进行治理,治理后电流波形即便消除,同时也解决了其谐波导致的设备损坏问题,至今压器及其下游设备运行安全稳定。



3、制造行业

  (1)制造行业配电系统谐波特点

  现代工业技术高速发展,制造行业的电力系统中电力电子装置应用日益广泛,各种非线性电子设备装置如变频器、整流器、及各种开关电源大规模运用,虽然完善了现代工业自动化控制的技术,同时产生大量的谐波干扰电网。谐波会影响到生产线的智能控制器、变频器、PLC系统,造成企业设备故障和损失。

  (2)您可能遇到的问题

  1、生产线大量使用变频设备,造成企业内部的谐波污染和电能质量问题;

  2、谐波复杂,不易进行治理,影响生产线设备使用安全性;

  (4)经典案例

  中国船舶重工集团旗下某一塑造加工类企业,为了增加企业经营利润,追求高产高效的生产方式,产线上运用大量变频自动调速生产流水线,且24小时运行生产,变频器属于非线性负载,产生大量谐波,导致低压配电房无功补偿柜内电力电容器发生鼓包电解质泄露,在反复更换电容器后问题依然没有得到解决。如图2、图3.



  我司对其低压配电房进行电能质量检测后发现,供电系统内电流畸变率(THDI)高达31%,且电流波形发生严重畸变,谐波特性主要以5、7、11、13次为主,且夹杂了少量的高次谐,配置了我司400A有源电力滤波器后,电流畸变率降低至5%左右,且电流波形也趋近于正弦波。如图4、图5。



4、双拉行业

  (1)双拉行业配电系统谐波特点

  随着社会发展,双拉行业市场竞争日趋激烈,企业经营成本逐步提高,但利润却逐渐减少。为降低经营成本,各公司纷纷引进自动化程度高的设备,提高产能,而这些设备内置大功率、可控型开关器件(例如:变频器、软起动装置等)属于非线性负载,在配电系统中产生了大量的谐波,严重的恶化了供电的质量,导致企业在生产过程中出现设备的误动作,严重时设备损坏从而产生了生产过程中的废品,增加了经营成本,企业的生产雪上加霜,电能质量治理刻不容缓。

  (2)您可能遇到的问题

  1.干扰设备的通讯功能,影响数据的传输,通讯模块受谐波电压影响烧坏;

  2.严重的谐波畸变会引起一个正弦周波内额外的过零点,干扰控制装置的同步性及PLC死机;

  3.电容器产生了额外的功率损耗,加速了电容器内绝缘介质的老化,大量谐波电流可能导致系统产生谐振,造成电容器超载运行而损坏。

  4.变压器发热严重,电抗器噪声大,损耗大,造成电能浪费,增加企业经营成本。

  (4)经典案例

  天津某双拉企业有两条BOPP生产线,其中1条产线有3个变压器,容量分别为2台1600KVA和2000KVA,自动化产线上配置了大量的变频器和软启动等非线性负载,经我司电能质量检测后发现,整个供电系统中,电流畸变率(THDI)达到16%,电压畸变率(THDU)达到6.2,%,严重超过了国标GB/T14549-93中对THDI和THDU的要求。经过配置我司450A有源电力滤波器后,电网侧电流畸变率降低到2.8%,电压畸变率降低到3.0%,有效的保障了用户配电系统的安全。

1. Product overview

This experimental platform includes solar modules, an automatic tracking system, simulated light battery components, environmental monitoring systems, solar controller, solar power inverter system and solar application load system components. The system uses a modular design.

For business and household use, this system consists of: inverter module, lithium-iron-phosphate (Li-Fe-Po4) battery bank and the option of adding solar PV panels. Timer function
